The National Corvette Museum Official Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip with the RMA number clearly written on the outside.
Ship Items Back
Send your return to the National Corvette Museum Store via a tracked shipping carrier of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
